A quick call to the crane company then brought disillusionment: the crane is broken, replacement is on its way and should arrive around 12:00 on the site. Then I drove back home and wanted to be on site around 12:00. This time I did not miss the crane again. Around 11:30, I then get a call from a friend, our roof is under construction. On Thursday and Friday, the carpenters will have the underlay and battens attached. The storm and rain no easy task. I had expected that they go home. But they were completely finished, good job! Meanwhile, the facing bricks and insulation were provided for the roof and placed on the neighboring property.
When we were again briefly on Friday at the site, the carpenters have just packed together. Coincidentally, the builders were there and have ever angschaut its terms of reference for the next few days.
