We are done and have (note: self-praise * g *) also accomplished some.
In two weekends we have managed to remove the house completely. They included this unpleasant work such as grinding and filling. Likewise, my favorite task (irony), the Do the expansion joints with acrylic silicone. Luckily, Mario B. has me by email or given the tip that we just have to grout in the EC and the developers working on the first floor makes this lousy - Thanks! :-) Here and there we have
recoating a little, but we do this only if the tiles, etc. in it - the tilers kicks off next Monday. We are very excited about how the rooms appear then. By the white paint the rooms appear much larger and friendlier.
