called me last night our supervisor Mr. Koop. He had just come from the construction site and has reviewed the latest work ... everything is fine. He also said that the company has today Rohwer taped the sole.
We then once talked about that building in the winter. When temperatures play, to next week Monday or Tuesday, the windows and doors are installed. From then have to we are looking at how the weather develops. It probably is the way the house with space heaters to heat up so much that can be also done at minus degrees of plaster and cement, that decision lies with us. We would then have two 4kw heater for a period of 4 weeks use Isere and organ. The rent for these things would still fall within the limits but I absolutely can not assess what was coming up in electricity costs on us. However, if we have a construction delays through the winter, of course we have extra costs. Here again we must recalculate whether the use of heaters is worthwhile for us.
Now on Friday we have the commission with our electrician. The owner has taken time off because a Zeiraum is scheduled from 4-5 hours. So dress warm look and what may come again at additional cost to us.
